1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jedbuz ("jedbuz", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality available on the jedbuz platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and banking services.

By accessing the jedbuz platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming any promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jedbuz platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and are the authoritative version. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to jedbuz and its real-money gaming services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jedbuz enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Any person under the age of 18 is prohibited from registering an account or accessing any real-money feature on the platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously had a jedbuz account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or third party when depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds.

jedbuz reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship. Account access, deposits, and withdrawals may be suspended until satisfactory verification is completed.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one jedbuz account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. 3.2 Accurate Information

When registering your jedbuz account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jedbuz username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jedbuz strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password not used on any other platform. Any activity conducted from your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices and responsible gaming standards, jedbuz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jedbuz currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary depending on your location within Bangladesh and current technical conditions.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed within your jedbuz account dashboard at the time of transaction. jedbuz does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which jedbuz bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the jedbuz payments team. Processing times vary by method but jedbuz endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours on business days. Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification or where a security review is triggered. jedbuz reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing withdrawal funds.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

The jedbuz platform must not be used to process transactions that are not directly related to real-money gaming activity. Any attempt to use the jedbuz deposit and withdrawal infrastructure for money laundering, currency exchange, or any other non-gaming financial purpose will result in immediate account closure, full reporting to relevant financial intelligence authorities, and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Rules

From time to time, jedbuz offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your jedbuz account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these requirements before claiming any offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jedbuz employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; and collusion with other players to exploit promotional structures. jedbuz reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where abuse is identified.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

jedbuz reserves the right to limit the eligibility of any player for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players whose accounts are under review, whose KYC verification is incomplete, or who have previously been identified as high-risk may be excluded from promotional offers without notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jedbuz platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider knowledge exploitation, or collusion with other players or external parties to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing errors in the jedbuz sportsbook or casino. Any winnings arising from knowingly exploited errors will be voided.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempting to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the jedbuz platform's technical infrastructure, servers, databases, or third-party game provider integrations.
• Impersonating another person, providing false identification documents, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or jurisdiction.

7. Responsible Gaming

jedbuz is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. Players who feel that gambling may be causing them financial, emotional, or personal harm are encouraged to make use of the following tools available within their jedbuz account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you after a set period of continuous play.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you cannot access any real-money features.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a formal self-exclusion period of up to 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are permanent for the elected duration and cannot be reversed once activated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jedbuz platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, trademarks, trade dress, website design, software, written content, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other intellectual property — is the property of jedbuz or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jedbuz platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the jedbuz platform or its content without express prior written consent from jedbuz.

Game content, RNG systems, live dealer streams, and other third-party intellectual property displayed on jedbuz remain the property of their respective owners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Play'n GO, and others). Any use of such content outside of the jedbuz platform is subject to those providers' own intellectual property terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, jedbuz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions in game or sports data feeds.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software bugs, where those errors have been promptly corrected upon identification.
• Delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment provider issues beyond jedbuz's reasonable control.
• Losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain password security.
• Any disruption to platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, force majeure events, or infrastructure failures outside the control of jedbuz.

jedbuz makes no warranty that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jedbuz's total aggregate liability to any player arising from a single incident or series of related incidents shall in no case exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments & Termination

10.1 Amendments to Terms

jedbuz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, jedbuz will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of jedbuz following the publication of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your jedbuz account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of any outstanding bonuses not yet satisfied) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending fraud or security review.

10.3 Account Closure by jedbuz

jedbuz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice where it determines, in its sole reasonable judgement, that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused promotional offers, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at jedbuz's discretion following the conclusion of any investigation.

10.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration. jedbuz does not submit to the jurisdiction of any specific national court system for the purposes of dispute resolution arising solely from these Terms.
